Our client, a leading information provider requires a Sales Representative to cover Norway. This is a role with good career development opportunities and suits for a hungry salesperson who is motivated.
You are responsible for the entire sales process, from first customer contact to signed contract. Furthermore, you are expected to drive sales revenue through maintaining and developing strong relationships with current and new customers.
You have the ability and enjoy developing offers that contribute to sales growth and increased customer satisfaction. As a member of the sales team you will ensure high quality offers that add value to our customers. Your innovation and “can do” attitude will be highly valued.
Our ideal candidate would have the following skills and background. All sales experience is seen as a merit but it is an advantage if you have experience within publishing. More important is that you have a driven “sales personality”. As a person you enjoy setting challenging targets and take pride in achieving and exceeding goals set up for you.
To be successful in this role we also see that you are a committed listener with an ability to adapt communication styles to get your message across. This makes you a great negotiator who does not give up easily and can close the deal. Working autonomously and planning your own work day comes naturally. However, you also like to run your innovative ideas by your team in order to get feedback and develop ideas further. Most importantly, you like being around people and solving their problems. This is shown in your enthusiasm and positive attitude despite multiple priorities and complex projects.
Being fluent in Norwegian, strong knowledge of English (both spoken and written) and driving licence is mandatory in this role. You will be provided with a thorough training ensuring that you have the necessary competence to be successful in this role.
