Our client, a global STM Publisher, requires a new Global Talent Acquisition Director based in Spain.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the sourcing strategy and execution across our global business including the development of global and regional plans with the business leaders and HR business partners
  • Work with the marketing and HR teams on employer branding across the business/geographies
  • Source passive and active candidates via Linkedin and other direct means, screen candidates for presentation to local HR and hiring managers
  • Mentoring/train hiring teams regarding most effective selection and interviewing techniques
  • Provide feedback to the teams regarding market data for compensation and benefits to ensure we remain an attractive employer of choice
  • Balance quality, time to hire and cost per hire considerations; provide monthly metric reports to stakeholders
  • Partner with regional universities and develop strong networks utilising our talented staff as liaisons

Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum requirements: BA/BS degree in business, human resources or equivalent 10 – 15 years of business experience including at least 7 years of experience as a dedicated talent acquisition leader within a global organisation
  • Proven success in technical recruiting
  • Sales recruiting experience
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems
  • ADP workforce familiarity a plus
  • Skype and other technologies knowledge to facilitate effective remote interviewing for our teams
  • Training/mentoring acumen
  • Communication skills including public speaking, written and networking
  • Languages: Spanish and English required
