International B2G Sales Director EMEA

Salary: AED 420,000 Basic + Bonus

Our client, an innovative publisher of digital and online educational resources, is looking for a self-motivated B2G Sales Director with experience of working in Europe, Middle East and Africa.

As the Business to Government Sales Director, you will be responsible for achieving revenue growth through increasing sales and establishing new partnerships across EMEA, promoting and selling the company’s range of services, solutions and bespoke products.

The B2G Sales Director will be responsible for working closely with the Managing Director. The B2G Director will be creating a channel with Ministries of Education in emerging markets to analyse and understand the local curriculum requirements and help with conceptualising and tailoring our products to the requirements of the MoE.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team player with a focused and hardworking approach and have proven experience of achieving sales targets and new business growth. As well as having excellent communication and negotiation skills, the Sales Director will have great insight into the international education and digital learning landscape.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Lead on strategic planning for the B2G business development growth
  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in sourcing and closing strategic opportunities
  • Build a strong pipeline for B2G contracts
  • Sourcing and working with strategic partners in territories to help accelerate contracts and relationships
  • Monitor customer, market, and competitor activity and provide key market and sales insights to global product teams
  • Lead and assist with complex sales presentations, proposals and negotiation
  • Create and conduct proposal presentations and RFP responses
  • Excellent communication and written skills

Skills & Experience: 

  • Extensive history of achieving sales targets in the K12 curriculum market
  • Recent success in building sales relationships at government level including MoEs in EMEA
  • Demonstrated insight and understanding of the digital learning landscape
  • Proven contributor and collaborator across high-performing leadership teams
