Our client, a leading information supplier in the Middle East that serves the academic, government and education sectors, require a new Regional Sales Manager to manage a team of sales reps across UAE.
We require a dynamic Sales Manager with a background in EdTech or Software sales. You will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. You will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. You must have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the learning and development of the sales team
- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
- Track and report all sales activities
- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
Skills & Experience:
- Experience managing sales teams (3+ years)
- Experience in STM/Academic/EdTech or SaaS
- An established network of contacts through UAE.
- Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, English & Arabic (A MUST)
